Dr. Nizar Haddad, Director General of the National Agricultural Research Center(NARC), honored colleagues Mahmoud Al Shihabat and Ahmed Al Omari, winners of the Ideal Employee Award for 2018. During the honoring ceremony attended by several researchers, technical and administrative employees of NARC, Haddad expressed his proud of such achievement, confirming a fact that NARC topped out the winning institutions of the Ideal Employee Award in public sector organizations regarding the number winners.
The Ideal Employee Award has a significant impact on motivating excellent employee performance and on creating competitiveness as well as, encouraging employee creativity and initiatives, Haddad added.
At the same time, Haddad pointed out that human resources are the real asset for any organization and are considered the highest level of investment for promoting the organization's productivity and efficiency as well.
