Under the patronage of Dr. Nizar Haddad, the Director-General of the National Agricultural Research Center (NARC), a graduation ceremony of participants in the training course on “Advanced Communication Skills &Influence Others” organized at NARC for the third category employee. Haddad stressed on the significance of this type of training for all staff levels and is not limited to a specific functional category. This training familiarizes the participants with theoretical information and practical skills in the field of communication skills and influence others.
Haddad added that good communication is an important skill in any environment with human interactions. However, when it comes to communication in the workplace, good communication is an integral element of institutional success. Since it will have a positive impact on performance and productivity, and it is an important factor in team effectiveness and employee engagement. Effective communication skills are an approach to creativity and self-confidence, Haddad explicated.
